Moderators a little question please...

Guys I never really thought about this...Kinda curious... Are you able to not boost at all? What I mean is when the turbo is set at 5.5 lbs of boost can you lower it down and not let it boost at all? I was just so bored at looking at the same thread I figured first one to answer this gets a good kick in the armpit!

And if you know the answer to that one can you explain the benefits if there are any to not boosting at all...
