Moderators a little question please...

Guys I never really thought about this...Kinda curious... Are you able to not boost at all? What I mean is when the turbo is set at 5.5 lbs of boost can you lower it down and not let it boost at all? I was just so bored at looking at the same thread I figured first one to answer this gets a good kick in the armpit! ;)

And if you know the answer to that one can you explain the benefits if there are any to not boosting at all...

Thanks and laters all.

That is a good question. Ever have to take your car into a body shop and was afraid that they would be having their way with your car some nights? This is exactly why I would want to cut off the turbo. I have always wanted for an easy way to do this.

Thermal says, in the post that Jeremy put, that you can set your wastegate to 0 and then use a boost controller from there to set it high or low. Has anyone set their Greddy TD04 with internal wastegate to 0? I didn't know you could do that.

it is possible by playing with the actuator arm of the internal wasgate. i wouldnt do it just cuz of the risk it involves.....
