Supercharge This! How do you keep a engine cool?

I don't wanna sound stupid or but can an intercooler be hooked up to a supercharger? I heard that if its a centerfugal supercharger than it can. What about roots based systems? If you can't hook one up then how do you cool a supercharged engine? I have a b16a2 and I'm going with a supercharger over turbo. If you have one let me know how you keep your engine temps down and let me know a little bout if it's reliable. You got an si holla.

i know jackson racing makes fmic for their SC's. As for Vortech...I have no clue. A SC is lots more reliable than a turbo and easier to mantain...unfortunately theres not as much "oomf" as with a turbo. I originally wanted a SC but then decided on turbo. I really should get the sc though...im rambling again

jackson racing makes an FMIC for their SC? ive never seen it. ive only seen some custom made FMIC setup for the JRSC that some guy did - never heard much about it though.
vortech uses an "aftercooler".
SC runs off the intake.....its not using the same hot exhaust gases as a turbo does - hence overheating isnt as much of a problem

Vortech w/o Aftercooler

Adds 58 horsepower
Adds 31 ft/lbs of torque
6-6.5 PSIG
Includes V-5 SQ G-Trim supercharger

Vortech w/ Aftercooler (big box looking thing, cant miss it)

Adds 117 horsepower
Adds 64 ft/lbs of torque
8-9 PSIG
Includes V-5 SQ G-Trim supercharger and Maxflow Powercooler
