brake problems...

I just changed the pads on my 94 civic ex... will it had rotars on the back and not drums like i thought, so anyway i cahnged them and everything and now my rear rotars are locked....any ideas? did i do something wrong?

see if the e-brake cable is messed up....or if the calipar piston is stuck

i pulled the e-brake up and put down a couple of times.... i couldn't get the piston to move for the life of me... and i started the car and pumped the brakes a couple of times and pulled it into the garage for the nite..any more ideas???

nevermind figured it out, the piston screws in not push down

well i tried to push it down and even went to aitozone to buy a c-clamp and the guy sold me a toll to push a piston down even though he know it was 94 honda civic. thank god i called advanced autoparts and told me how to do it
