It says he they fired 81 shots...sure as hell doesn't look like 81. But hey...how many times does a guy have to say he's gonna kill you before it's ok to open fire? I mean I think they could have shown a lot more restraint, but really that dude killed himself.
It's a shame they hit the dog, though.

That PD is fu*ked. A cop even said, "we dont care about the dog". Whether he meant that or not, it will be used against them.
