Insomnia
Anyone else have it? I haven't slept all night long... it is now 7:20 my time and I have a class at 10 and a final exam at 11. Day should be interesting...

yea i havent been sleeping hardly at all.. it sucks.. when you get home, take somekind of PM cold medicine.. that will put you out..

I've been told geting out and doing something liek running, working out or some other sport tends to help.

Yeah, I lift weights mon/wed/fri, but today is a tues and I can't sleep normally tues, thurs, or sunday nights. I pass out nicely mon/wed/fri due to working out and fri/sat to intoxication. I think moving into my new apartment will work wonders as I will finally have a private bedroom/bathroom again...

i got to much sleep last night. past out at 700pm and woke up at 620 in them morn. i feel sick, i need a couple advil and more sleep. i got this feeling were i got the shivers and feel like im -50 below and its 84 degrees outside. got i need some meds. I HATE SCHOOL.

I can never sleep. And you never get used to it either.
Actually, I can sleep when I'm not supposed to, but if it's bedtime I'm up for hours. Sucks. |

Well, I didn't get any sleep the other night because I had to work the mightshift yesterday...and on top of that my breakup ex boyfriend situation...makes it harder to sleep...

damn i wish i would be able to sleep more than 5 hrs a night too. i worked yesterday for 14 hrs, slept for not even 5 last night and today i was at work again 15 hrs.

Don't have insomnia, but have crazy sleeping patterns. Didn't get up till 5pm yesterday. I was eating lunch when everyone else is eating dinner
