AAArghhhh......

i f'ing hate old people in big ass cadilac's. today i was stopped at a red light, the next thing i knew i was slammed into the stearing wheel. some old lady in late 80's tank of a cadalac hit the backend of my civic doing at least 50, know my civic is f'ed up, its not totaled but will cost alot of money to fix, not to mention the whiplash. i dont know if any of you have had but it hurts like a biatch. i dont have pics just yet but i dont tink i will have any either

I think that old people should stop driving period after a certain age or that frequent testing thing you guys have suggested. They make the advoidable unavoidable.

GOOD NEWS!!!

well the insurance company siad that the damage isn't enough to total the car and the frame is not bent, if i din't have a broken hinge on the hatch it would have cause more damage. i cound pay a 250 dedectable and have the car totaled and recive 850 for the worth of the car, of pay no deductable and have the car fixed ,all i need is a new hatch and glass, bumper and bumper supports, but know i need a new clutch, (reacuring problem) the reason that the damage wasn't more than it was was the fact that i wasn't holding the brake down so the car rolled when she hit me.

i got x rays back and it seems that i just dont have whiplash i also have a seperated shoulder so even if i get my fixed i have to wait 6-8 weeks before i can drive stick again!
