So as soon as I got back into KC this afternoon I catch this story on the news. Apparently someone very near my neighborhood was going around with a pellet/BB gun and randomly shooting at passing car windows, resulting in about 10 shattered windows or so. But the real kicker was when they described the car...a black Escort with "blue lights and a large, loud muffler". I laughed my ass off...until they found the car. It was, in fact, a black Escort. But the "blue lights" were from some horribly gay little neon light on the dash, not the headlights (which had smashed in lenses). The funny thing was that they took this really close shot of the muffler...some off he shelf Pep Boys canister muffler...and stayed on that one shot for like 10 seconds. So now rice has officially merged with suburban psuedo gansta mof@ckas.
