breakfast?

so who here eats breakfast? my first class dosnt start till noon every day, so breakfast is kinda slept through, but this is my 4th morning in a row waking up and eating breakfast

heh i usually skip breakfast and dinner. i usually have only lunch.

Yeah, thats what i usually do too...i go to school from 12-4 so i sleep through breakfast and eat at around 4.5-5 so i never get hungry at night.

My eating schedule is usually pretty screwy. If I eat within like an hour or so after getting up I will usually feel ill for most of the day. Generally I will eat a small "lunch" between 4 and 7 depending on how classes are going and some sort of dinner between 10 and 12. However I did go to the grocery store the other day so I have some reserve of food for now so I have eaten today. I figured it would be good for me since I have a final later on at 4.

My first class is at 10, so i wake up, eat some poptarts and cerial, have some coffee - now thats a breakfeast of champions!

WTF is breakfast? I eat once a day...usually late at night and that's pretty much to take the edge off the beer. I really don't ever get hungry so I don't usually eat any steady meals.

I used to not eat breakfast but then I read this one artcile in Men's Health or Maxim or somthing.....anyways it talked about all of the different factors that will cause you to lose or gain weight....the categories were like stress, sleep, etc.......they ranked them on percents....negative percents were good and high were bad..... the second worst was like no enough sleep at 90% and then not eating breakfast was like 410%......so i usually grab a nutri gran bar or somthing on the way to class

I eat breakfast every day although I do sometimes skip on the weekends in favor of brunch.

I can't function without some sort of breakfast in me. I also eat 5 times/day because I have a high metabolism and used to do a lot more athletically than I do now, but my eating hasn't slowed down.

breakfast? If you mean what I eat at noon then I guess I do eat it...but it consists of oreos in a bowl w/ milk (my original oreo cereal that Ive been doing for around 10yrs)
