Around here clear tails are legal as long as the bulbs shine red not pink(as some cheap bulbs do).

Yeah, i know they're illegal.....But in some places the cops could give a shit less about the tails. My next door neighbor is a cop and he's got clears on his accord but, i know that doesn't make'em legal. |

MY friend used to get pulled over every day after school. and after a while he had to carry the laws on a written paper to verify whats legal. But he had the car show clear lense taillights. not the one you see now with the colors inside and just clear lense. toyota started the clear lenses. alttezza. im about to put the show lenses on my car with the correct blubs
just to see what it looks like.and them take it off . still want the car to look clean and not like everyother car. more about performance then show and i havent seen any really performance infomation on this site. |

anyone see the new lexus rx330 suv? I'm 99.9% sure that those are purely clear tails (with red bulbs of course). How the heck did they bribe the DOT to make those legal? cause I know no cop will pull over a car for that if its standard equipment.
anyone know about this? |
