For my buddy, TegsRus...

Can we make a lil set up for him?

he's getting a 1995 eclipse GTS...Can we hook him up with a list of what you guys think would be some good starting mods?

I'm thinkin: Coilovers, Stablizers, Exhaust, Intake, Fuel rail, Injectors and boost controller, for starters...what do ya'll think of that?

Thnks

Sounds pretty good... fuel rail might be kinda a waste unless he ups boost really high... might wanna look into some transmission reinforcments, those trannies aren't known to hold up well... one of the BEST mods you can make to a car is the proper rim/tire combo... sticky off the line makes a huge difference...

turbo timer... bigger turbo... bigger intercooler... bigger injectors... better downpipe... no cat or hi flo one.. better exhaust.. Intake... carbon fiber drive shaft... all 3 quaife lsd's... a bushur built long block... a buschur tranny...

ahhh F it... go here... http://www.buschurracing.com/parts_catalog.html

seriously though he should be asking these questions on a dsm board... we don't know enough to give you the best list...

the one you have is going to end up with hardly any performance gains....

What gen is it?
*edit*
So I found out it's 2nd gen... My recomendation stays the same get your info from the dsm boards not here... feel free to ask but your not going to get the same quality of responses about a dsm here.

Also stay away from a cold air kit until you upgrade the fuel system (ie injectors... a fuel rail does NOTHING. a pressure riser doesn't do enough a better fuel pump MIGHT be enough but I'd definetly go with injectors.) they pull in much colder and there for denser air... so you can run lean cuz of how much more oxygen that translates to when compressed... that could blow your motor... fuel management is the MOST important thing to consider when running a turbo car... If I were you I'd find out what stand-alone engine management system most dsm'ers are using. and save up for that first... that way you can tune any mods from there out safely... you also might want to look into a wide band o2 to get accurate a/f ratio readings... DO NOT BUY ONE... look up "diy wideband o2" on google... they sell kits to solder together and buy your own o2 sensor... that's MUCH cheaper than buying one(cheapest ones are like 400+ dollars.).
