Vvt Kill! Omfg Biggest Upset Eva!

omfg... well today i took my moms 2002 toyota rav 4 automatic bone stock to work to do some maintenance on it, and the kid i raced in the jeep with the 91 civic 5spd with intake wanted to go dead stop because this would be the only race he would win... so we both go to the 25 light and i nail the brake and the gas to the floor, suprisingly the car brake torq's to 2750rpms then when the light turned green, BAM we go even, and i think **** im done, he puts a fender on me in first but once he shifts to second and my revs go up( and i hate to say it, but when VVT kicked in) i pulled even, 2nd we were even until i got the revs up then i started to walk him, by end of 3rd @ 105 i had over 1.5 cars... omfg the expression on his face was priceless. i guess you had to be there.

FYI the rav 4 is the slowest production vehicle ive ever been subjected to drive in aside from my boy's 1982 pontiac J2000 carbed 4 cylinder running on 1 barrel.
