whuts up guys im new here, i just want to ask a question about high flow cats... I have a 99 civic ex and my smog is due, they told me i have to replace my cat(odometer has 70k miles on it) now, will i pass smog in california with a random technology cat? people told me as long as you warm that puppy up itll be fine... is this true?

ive heard the same....but have had no experience with it.

ive heard the same too...i just bought a new cat and it cost me 200 shipped next day (oe style)
