intermitent wipers
for some reason when i turn on my intermitent wipers they keep on going continously if my headlights are turned off, and if the headlights aren't on the intermitent wipers won't work at all. the low and high speed work fine no matter if the headlights are on or off. also when i use the sprayer the wipers won't turn on automatically, i will have to manually put them on. anyone have any idea ?

the fuses are ok. might be a wire inside the column or a relay.
