if he listens to material located in the 45-60hz range, why would be want to tune it lower? Yes the lows would be nice, but it will definately lack punch. the tuned range will not cover all thats above it...

if we didn't care about the frequncies below that of 45-60hz, then we shouldn't worry much about the "narrow" frequency range now do we.
