no kidding. here in portland they're really cracking down on the street racing. last year there were a bunch of idiots (separate occasions) who went out racing in the rain and got themselves killed. the lawmakers and media put the propaganda to work and convinced people how deadly street racing is.
obviously there is risk, but racing in an orderly way when its not wet is not so bad. my buddies and i set up at dif. ends of the street and communicate when someone is coming. works really well.
i kinda took this one off topic, huh?
