I like the rims...they're simple and thats what I like. As for the color...I'd say go with silver or gunmetal. I'm not a huge fan of white rims (although I have seen them look good on the occassional car....but some are really
 ) As for the chrome question...not on a car. I gotta go with the others...chrome only looks good as 20"+ on SUVs (mmm escalde on 22s....it's the "ghetto" comin out in me.)
