I agree- GT2 let you do more with the cars, mod wise. GTA 3 kicks serious ass. Like GT3 but your able to get out and kill people.

Kill, steal, destroy, blowup, jump, snipe... You name it the games got it... Ok it doesnt have real cars, and you cant mod the cars... But trust me, you dont have a car long enough to mod anyway..
