I don't know about that head specifically, but I haven't heard anything bad about JG. A buddy of mine sent some of his stuff for his '92 Accord to be worked on by them, he did get more power. He had the head milled, and I believe ported and polished. I don't remember everything he did, but he spent $6k on it by the time he was done. Outran a 5.0 going uphill......

Anyhow, your mileage may vary, but they're a company that I generally respect.
