E-brake Handle How To Get It Off?

Use a hammer, and hit it off.

Place the prong-end of one hammer at the base of the e-brake handle. Use another hammer, and hit the e-brake handle off. Worked for me and the e-brake handle was off in about 10 hits and 30 seconds.
