If you're looking at 2001 Coupe's, their basically the same as the 02's and 03's. 2000 was the last of the old body styles but different still from a 96.. so you'd have to look at '00's and under.

The only thing about the '01's and up is they're bigger inside and a bit more roomie. You really don't have to go out and just buy a whole new car, you could really just modify yours. Alot of people have older civics that are just as nice...stick with it I think.
