No, you won't run lean.

A larger bore TB doesn't actually affect the amount of air flow coming into the engine. Your intake manifold and intake ports are still the same size, creating bottlenecks. Also, unless you have an aftermarket cam, the valve lift and duration are not going to flow more air, anyways.

IMO, bored throttle bodies only make sense as part of a much larger whole.
