Diet has a lot to do with stamina and weight gain. Lots of green veggies and Chicken is great for you and may really help.
Body Builders eat around 10 servings of veggies a day ![]() Just a thought. ![]() Also, creatine and protien shakes and stuff do work. Go into your local GNC if you have one and ask them what they recommend. They are usually pretty good about that stuff.
