spoogenet Posts: n/a	Take some Tae Bo. A buddy of mine is pretty hardcore into Kung Fu, he loves the stuff. He's now teaching kids but also trains under his master. I've thought about taking it, but I got bad shoulders and can't really spar.....I really wanna spar.... b
