trev: nope, was always at 100.. I think I'm supposed to overclock the FSB, to that much.. I hate the word overclock..  I found this insane FAQ, which is about my mobo.. http://www.viahardware.com/faq/kt7/kt7faq.htm after reading all this, I should be ok..
