i dunno about on civics and accords, but on preludes the rear dosnt give half the feeling as both does. if you go with both you eliminate alot more body roll. if you can afford both, i'd say go for both. you wana keep your front a tad tighter than the rear, expecialy on a FWD. your rear will stay strait while your front flexs. and the ST sway bars are alot more sturdy that stock ones. a 22mm ST and a 22mm OEM arnt the same bar. oem is hollow and the ST are re enforced i belive
