15 inch wheels..better bang for the least bucks ?

Yep, forgot about them Rotas! Check out the Rota Slipstreams, Rota Subzeroes, and Rota Circuit 8's. Konig also makes some lightweight ones ... the Heliums and Greenlights coming to mind. Then, you also have SSR's Competitions, which are very lightweight and extremely strong. A new one is the rim from Jax; it's pretty light. And you got the 17" Centerline RPM, which weighs 14 pounds, I believe, and it's freaking 17". Wow! My point is that there are many out there as you can see.
