that would be DMV..Department of Motor Vehichles...Same place you normally get yor tags and license from....

Umm...well plate ideas...I spelled my favorite movie phonetically. I also used a number found in the movie on a license plate. Thats just me, because I think thats a great movie.
I'd say get a list together of things you like. Movies, tv shows, food items, bands, car stuff, whatever. Spell them phonetically and see if they still make sense. Leave room for two numbers at the end, because chances are other people will have the same word on their plate. |
