Everyone has people who just won't be happy no matter what. That former employee on there could have been fired. If he was, he may still hold a grudge.

I agree with you completely.
Unfortunately, the story has been repeated quite a few times, and several lawsuits are pending. Not to mention the number of other victims who are to embarassed to come out and declare they were taken advantage of.

As cracker120 mentioned, even all of Texas is aware of his shady practices.
