If you're talking about the labels on the shifter console, you CAN remove it, but you'll have to find something to replace that big piece of plastic with. As far as I know, it isn't possible to remove just the labels, but you could always try a heat gun to get the plastic bezel off, but a) that may not work, and b) there's no guarantee the labels aren't painted on
