yeah the one thing i like about the vw group is that they have the same engines on the jetta, golf, beater (beetle), the audis, the passat. they don't have 10 engines like honda has for the civic and another 10 for the accord. but if i would need a new car vw would be the last thing i would think about.

Actually.. VW does make several engines..

They just spread them out and give the consumer many types of options so that no matter what you like they give you an option for it. I want a Diesel Civic.. Oops.. they dont make one.. Have to settle for a Hybrid Civic I guess.
