i want to be appreciated

if your doing somthin for a person and they do not appreciate it, or they do not give you somthin back in return in the sense that when you need help, they do not have your back, then STOP doing things for that person!!! simple as that. I'm sure that you are a great person and you should be appreciate it, but seems like your being taken advantage of, you know what I"m sayin? Dont' let yourself be screwed over like this, think rationally and when you put up a stand, people will realize not to take advantage of you. I hope things work out. later!
