Depending on where you work, I would talk to you only if I knew I wasn't going to get you in trouble with your boss or keep you from doing your job. Certain work environments don't make it easy to have a convo with someone. (unless your taking a break of course) If I was actually forward enough to go to the guys work that I liked, I would offer to give him my # and have him call me when he gets off work. But I'm too shy, so the guy usually has to do all the work.
