You don't need any of those suplements they actually are bad for you and creatine is the most stupidest thing you could take my kidneys almost shut down taking that stuff and no I wasn't takin to much

the best thing you can do to boost your metabolism and build muscle faster is reverse your diet. Eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner and instead of eating 2 or 3 bigger meals eat 5 or 6 smaller ones, you'll be suprised at the results you will see by just eating like this let alone having an excersize routine to go along with. You do all this you'll have a killer bod and nothing in your system that can become toxic. Don't take any suplements at all not even protein shakes or powders, most likely your already have more than enough protein in your diet as it is so you can go waste your money on all that crap out here and think your seeing results from them but in all reality your most likely not, for example if you have ever smoked or are use to drinking anything with caffeine in it such as coffee what happens when you go a day without it? Your body starts to fein for it, if your a smoker quit for a day then smoke a cigarette and what will happen? Your body will feel the effects more and it will result in you becomeing lightheaded, etc. Same with caffeine you will feel the effects more when not having it for a long time when your use to having it then suddenly having it again. The point is that these same examples apply with nutrients such as protein go ahead and O.D. on protein your not doing nothing but hurting your kidneys and the protein isn't even being used in the rite way by your own body if you keep your body takin the minimal protein amount that is rite for you then your body will want it more and when it gets the protein it will actually break it down and use all of it, effeciently, and effectively. Just stick with the Food Pyramid and a natural diet and you will be fine, and I mean fine
