You could easily paint that valve cover for about $20 in supplies. You need some engine enamel with ceramic(dupli-color is pretty good), wet sand paper(1000 or 1500 grit), and some engine enamel clear coat. Just sand the cover down and apply light coats of the color you choose(about 3 is good). Then apply the clear coat(2 light coats). You'll want to apply the clear coat within about 10-20 min of applying your last coat of color to acheive a nice gloss.

Otherwise just buy one.
