my only problem with sleep is forcing my body to get in the freakin bed. like right now.

not addictive....only use it when you totally can't sleep...don't take for the hell of it...."hey, i'm bored...i think i'll pop a couple of nytols....zzzzzz"for10hours"zzzzzzzzz.."

if you use it all the time..then your body is used to it and can never sleep on its own will and must have the nytol in your system to sleep......den you may start to use anohter pill that doesn't work to fool your mind..which iz called a "placebo effect"..i learned this in school..haha...dunno whats happenin to me right now..haha
