If it does pull, you will probably need an alignment (unless there is something physicall wrong with a wheel).
As for the lug nuts.... did you install the wheels yourself? If so, did you use a torque wrench to tighten to the appropriate specs? If not, I strongly suggest you get your hands on a torque wrench and check it out.
