It's cooler than a car, but a lot lamer than a bike. For that price you could buy two brand new bikes and a nice car. And you'd be a lot smarter.

Mercedes is working on a car car (4 wheels) that does that... I think I saw it on top gear too... maybe not though..

Well...it *sort of* does that. It uses active camber to tilt the wheels in and out in hard corners. It doesn't actually shift the whole body like that thing does. But you're right...it is pretty bad ass.
As for this little gadget...I'm with Wren. Looks like it might be fun and novel for a week or two. Certainly not worth what you'd spend on it.
