I really havent done much lately. Too busy helping friends get their car up. I did a few small stuff. Pic 1 is a fabrication I did to delete the stock IACV and I added another vacuum source which be used for the 3 Bar map sensor. Pic 2 is the mouted position of the Precision 750hp IC. Pic 3 is the comparison in thickness of my previous Spearco IC. Pic 4 is the Exedy Twin disc awaiting for duty once I the tranny comes back from the Quaife LSD install.

The intercooler size forced me to yet again refab another piping on the driver side. I'll post pics later. I just need to paint and wrap it. THe fab kicked my ass.....

Damn Arnel...that might just be bigger than my IC, and that's saying a lot.

So is the plan to just make the IC the new front end of the car?

I have an IACV bro.... it's just that it wont be a Honda IACV. I'll be using a Ford IACV. Freebie from the Junkyard. I'll be able to run any of the Ford IACV with the same flange pattern like the ones below. It will be recalibrated via EMS.

Steve, I know what you mean. I never had a bumper support to begin with actually. That IC is thick as well which will require me to cut some areas on my bumper again....

UPDATE:
Although the progess may seem slow to some, it really has been a productive few days for me. I was held back a little bit while researching the thread pitch of the coolant banjo fitting for the GT35R turbo. I actually found it accidentally via an RX7 forum. Since I no longer use a stock IACV, I used the existing coolant connections for it and routed it to the coolant side of the turbo passage. It turned out great but it really is too hard to take pics of it.

Pic 1 is the refabricated intercooler pipe inlet side. This is now the fourth one I did. I'm somewhat happy with it. I chose to use a 2.5 inch inlet side to increase the velocity coming into the intercooler.

Pic 2 is the mounted position of the intercooler and the 3 inch intercooler outlet piping that I fabbed.

Pic 3 is just another pic of the 3 inch charged pipe with the tial BOV which also now has a stiffer spring.

Pic 4 is the mounted position of the Ford IAVC.

Pic 5 is the C.O.P. conversion.

All the wiring for the C2Di, IACV, and TPS is done. The bumper is back on. All fluids are replenished. It is time to fire the car up. I just need to get my tuner in the garage to adjust the EMS to compensated for the C.O.P.
