leaking cup seals on the wheel cylinder, guaranteed. As long as the brake lines are in tact. Umm basically the wheel cylinder is attached to the backing plate (i believe) and i'm sure you can score a used one for cheap money. But you need the proper tools to work ont the drums otherwise it's a bitch.

Basically take off the wheel and hit the drum with a rubber malet hard and try to wiggle it off. Once it's off you'll see what you're up against. It's pretty straightforeward, basically everything has to come off and go back on. But if you don't know what you're doing you may want someone to help you or do it for you. Service manual works wonders too.

matter of fact on alot of civics the rear drums have two threaded holes on them and you can get a lil bolt to go in there and all you got to do is tighten on then the other and you should see your leaking wheel cylinders, i dont suggest used ones if you know what you are doing the auto parts store sells rebuild kits cheap as dirt. other than that i bought two today for a neon< not my car> here in south carolina for $9.99 each
