There's your problem. Recheck the O-rings on the injectors. Remember that the location of the injectors are still on the intake manifold which must have a tight seal. Another thing to check are your intake manifold bolts. Make sure that they are evenly tight on a pattern OEM recommended.

A buddy of mine was reading this over my shoulder. He's an ex-honda tech. He says just for kicks, check the CTS (Coolant Temp. Sensor). That will cause some of that as well. After reading everything that you posted, it seems like you have a real good idea on whats going on. Have fun.

Well its not the coolant temp sensor. I am going to get the seal kit for the injectors now.

After my swap. I had problems with my idle bouncing. the TPS sensor after I put on the big Spoon TB. Apparently my TPS sensor was a little messed with the bigger TB (for a 1.8L and I had a stock (Intake and header, exhaust) 1.6L)
