Im a soon-to-be- homeowner!!
I just put the contract on it today and I close Feb 15th!!!! Its a 2 year old house.. 3 bedrooms.. 3 bathrooms.. kitchen w/ seating area...living room (with wood burning fireplace) and a x-long 1 car garage. Of course the rooms and bathrooms need to be repainted.. but Im so excited!!

kewl! The garage is bigger than the picture looks.. I dont have the garage opener yet so I couldnt take it from outside.. but its beig enough for my supra with lots of room..

Indiana has some plan that poor people (me) can get a house for actually pretty cheap. They hacve to build mine but I am gonna get a 3 bedroom 2 bath with 2 car garage for like 650/mo mortage. Grats on the new house though...cant wait to get out of my shit hole apartment
