I say in boosted applications money that could be spent on the head is better spent elsewhere, like the block, tranny, turbo kit, and engine management. my suggestion would be to do nothing to the head except maybe clean up the vavle seats and replace whatever might go bad in it.

my knowledge w/ OBD0 is rather limited, I know there are quite a few free type programs where you just buy what you'd need to burn new chips and the program you'd use to edit things like fuel and ignition maps is a free download. I forget their names though.
