i invented this one..don't ask how buti did

try moving your entire head in a circular motion clockwise.....(picture yourself drawing a large circle with ur nose)

now try moving your tongue in the opposite direction, but the same kind of circle idea

its VERY hard to do...specially at a quick pace!
