Citing security footage, a British television station reported Tuesday that Menezes entered the Stockwell subway station at a normal walking pace, stopping to pick up a newspaper before boarding a train and taking a seat.

he wasn't even running from the cop and if you read it even says that the cops grabbed him and threw him into where he was sitting and then began to shot the fuck out of him.

he never ran from the cops in the first place so it says
