got my quote yesterday....
2 weeks ago my car got broke into. stole my cd player and some change and cds broke 2 windows busted up the console. Well, the insurance company sent out and adjuster to my work to look things over. He put it at about 600. after the 100 dollar deductable was paid I get a check for 500. Took it to the dealer today so they would quote and fix it thinking nothing of it. The guy looks at the damage and ask about the other adjuster. I told him of the check for 500 for them to fix and he laughed at me.... So we go into his office he tells me that for the price of the stock radio itself I could buy a flip down cd player and probably a little tv. I think yea right its a stocker.....WRONG! The quote put the radio at 700$ alone and other repairs of 200 dollars. Then I told him that the metal is twisted in the back so it can clip back down and he just said "More Money"...Im taking these fuckers to the cleaners

get an estimate from 2 more places... then submit them to your insurance...
That ought to solve any problems. and show a little leg to the other 2 places and tell them to asses it high...
