I don't see any way that could've been done on accident. The way I see it, any single impact strong enough to actually push the car back would have shattered the bumper. So that would lead one to think that they backed into your car (or drove into it) and just left their foot on the gas. Either someone wanted to fuck up your car or someone was seriously under the influence and had no clue what was going on.
