I agree, don't do it.
Oh, this reminds me of Usher song, "You make me wanna" Good luck though, if ANYTHING, I would say wait awhile until the break up is finished and JD is possibly interested in someone else, at least that way if you and Shea hook up, JD has someone there and most likely won't mind..as much.
