Telemarketers
Theyre going to be able to start calling cell phones soon, I guess. (Which I am REALLY upset about).
I just registered my cell phone on the national do-not-call list. You all should do the same. It lasts 5yrs. https://www.donotcall.gov/Register/Reg.aspx 888-382-1222 (You must call from the phone you want to register) |

Actually, the registries being compiled for cell phone users (except Verizon, who opted out) will NOT be generally available to telemarketers. There won't be a "cell phonebook" so to speak...you'll have to know who you're trying to reach. The Do Not Call registry is only for home phones, but for the time being the FCC is accepting cell phone numbers as well just because so many people are going nuts over shit that's not even true.

i have gotten two calls on my cell. i swear to god. one asked me if i would like to earn more money and work for them. the other wanted me to buy shit. both wasted my minutes. i got the numbers for you if you like.

That's just a coincidence. That proposed directory hasn't been compiled yet. Chances are that's the fault of whoever owned the number before you. My roommate (AeroRob454) gets calls all the damn time for some bitch named Stephanie. It's been going on for well over a year even though he's repeatedly told people that she doesn't have the number anymore.
