oh, i think he's referring to the fuel pump not supplying fuel to the engine...it's like pulling your ECU out...engine will crank, but wont start..more like a "fuel supply switch"...
now fuel cut off is controlled by the ecu, it's like a preventive thing so you wont damage the engine...
